Moix Construction met our needs for a builder perfectly.  They assisted during the planning phase, advising regarding cost-effective construction alternatives.  As an engineer, structural soundness was important to me, and our Moix-built home started with generous footings beyond the required size, and proceeded from there with high quality in every aspect.  They solved a special structural design challenge, which required a larger than normal open area without intrusive supports.
